I have the same instance and I tried to remove it yesterday. It took virtually 15 minutes to get the damn thing off! If you tin can't get the sections apart I suggest y'all let Best Buy remove information technology.
I have some other example ordered.

Ended upward spreading the sides that hug the screen to slide the example off.
Definitely a instance to never take off for any reason.

Wow, this is basically the Seidio Surface right with the actress protection right?
I have ane and information technology isn't really that hard to have it off. There is a lilliputian bump on the bottom half of the case. The corresponding hole for the little bump/latch is on the upper one-half of the instance. To take the ii disengage, grip the lower half of the case with your dominant hand and printing down firmly with your index finger on the surface area with the triangle.
Side by side, with your other hand, firmly clasp the sides of the upper half of the case about the center of the case while simultaneously pulling up on the upper half then go along to pull the two sides autonomously equally well.
I can get it off in 1 second, very consistently.

The Seidio Surface, which is the aforementioned case is actually pretty easy to to remove if you know how. Grip one mitt on each side of the seam, face the telephone horizontally and button downward on the seam like you are snapping a twig, the bottom should pop out slightly and and then it volition pull apart pretty hands. You lot may have to echo the other side when the phone is due.

Haha, I'm returning it to all-time buy anyway. Information technology cost $35. Kind of a ripoff when there'south better cases for a lower toll.

When I was returning mine to BB I told the sales accociate I had to use an old credit card
jammed between the two peices in the back to get it off. At that place is no delicate manner so
information technology was scratched. Funny, she said that so many people are returning these that they
will probably stop selling them.

Looked at the phone. It was perfect! I love this instance. No screen protector either. Case took all the impairment. Not one scratch. Came here immediately. It'due south worth the $35

When I read the title of this thread I knew right away which example you were talking about. lol. I do non accept i for my GS3 but accept had many of the Best Buy Seidio cases in the past. I can tell you this that they are a hurting to get off for the offset 4 or five times, and then subsequently that they come correct off. They are adept cases. You simply have to work them a little. Best thing to do is when you first get the example to keep taking it off and putting it on until it becomes easy. Use the method AtoGT mentioned. It will work.
